Anyone looking to see actual content here is in for a mighty disappointment, I suspect.

The IT guys at my office have been making me happy this week - I sold one of 'em the Shuttle system I never got to work for some cash recoup (which was promptly reinvested as a SATA hard drive, to replace the pair of IDE drives in my current box - net change, -$2), the other one has been doing the "i have to pee" happy dance because his watercooling rig finally showed up, and he wants to engage in some bench-test dick-waving with Yours Truly, Intel v. AMD style. I think he's nervous, after watching the IBM death box that is my office machine slap his pee-pee in a few of the benchmarks. Heh.

Imposing stereo equiment is due for delivery/pickup today, courtesy of arcsine. I hope, if it's the latter, that it will all fit in my car.(!)

Looking forward to having guests.
