Average one pound a week less of Yours Truly between now and GC3.
I re-peaked at 180.x last week, and am in the 178-179 range. Mid 160's shortly after the first of the year is both healthy and attainable, dammit.
Hitting the gym tonight. Spin on Thursday PM and Sunday AM. Maybe one other night of lifting or aerobic something-or-other.
