too far away, mostly - if there's any upper-level interaction between them, alpha would keep wilma tracking south, and diminish it's strength (due to wind shear and counterrotation). by the same token, wilma would push alpha north and east and weaken it.
but, due to the distance between them, anything of that nature that takes place will be well off the atlantic coast, a few hundred miles east of the carolinas. alpha isn't a threat to make US landfall, and is mostly going to just rain and blow around the bermudas.
