Impromptu party on Saturday with [livejournal.com profile] maelstromsl, [livejournal.com profile] axissilverhand, [livejournal.com profile] razorwolfe, [livejournal.com profile] kungfugimp and [livejournal.com profile] critus all coming to GMBAN for laughs, Xbox hacking, laundry, salsa, and Batman Begins. Good, good times.

[Sil - I have GC3 t-shirt checks for you; I should remember to swing by GMBAS on my way home this afternoon]

Sunday, after hitting the gym, was gloriously lazy; Hooray, Death! Squad Two got comprehensively sporked in WC. Hooray, red armor!

The nearly year-old kittens on our porch are getting more social; the little boy has discovered that getting one's head and ears rubbed isn't such an awful thing. [livejournal.com profile] aishlynn had a revelation this morning as to why our little girl may be over-grooming - allergies to the off-brand cat litter we picked up. We'll be going back to straight Tidy Cat to see if that helps.

K also did a dry run of her taxes yesterday, but due to 1099 stuff for pet sitting, we're going to defer to a tax pro as far as putting hers together, but hopefully it will all work out with a nice refund for her. I haven't looked at mine yet, pending the mortgage info form from my old lender, but don't anticipate any nasty surprises there. I'll be reposting my Tax Tips in the next few days for general reference [it should be in the archives from about two years back.]

Work continues apace; nothing to see here, please move along.

Heh. We're doing a SM run tonight. I expect to get spanked.

Yes, but what will you be doing in-game? ;-)

*chokes on her coke*

You, sir, owe me both a new keyboard and a new flat panel monitor.

You're the one who opened that door; you can hardly blame a guy for driving a tank through it.

May I suggest Swheat brand litter? It's natural wheat litter I use for our kitties - no odor, no chemicals, no clay:

I get it from the pet supermarket. It also lasts me longer than regular scoopable litter. I also regulate their diet, so there's no odor and less elimination, but I know not everyone is into this.

Oh yeah - and the outside kitties are so cute!

I'm gonna try the easy, known quantity first, but thanks for the heads-up!

It was fabulous having you kids over to be social with. :-)

That was fun - if you two are in our neck of the woods, give us a yell. There's lots to do here and we have extra space to crash in.

Wish we could have been there. Being in Wisconsin does tend to hinder our party attendance though.

Good luck w/ the pusskins. The feral cat sterilization program here seems to have been shut down. Don't know what to do with them barn kittens now.
