... I can't hear a damn thing with my left ear. Hooray, sinus/eustacean tube presure! Going to the chiro (totally spaced on my app't last week), hopefully that will help.
Strange things continue to be afoot on both my feet, as well as on K's.
In the midst of all this, I've felt like ass despite making it to the gym, and am up to 179-180 again, dammit. Being able to do ten reps of 200# on the bench machine at work, and 8 @ 270# on one of the bench machines at the gym is small consolation. I'm going to lay the blame on not keeping up with the extra-healthful eating regimen, but oh fucking well.
No spinning Thursday (hockey!). I got the info on getting certified as an instructor, though I'm not sure I'm ready to pursue that just yet.
Need to finish my taxes - realized after I printed them out last time that I'd neglected to deduct almost $2500 in mortgage interest from my previous lender from before the ReFi, which should up my return substantially. Hopefully I won't be charged to update and reprint my filing, but if I do, I guess a $20 stupidity tax is worth getting a couple hundred more dollars back.
Various friends have had some prodigiously lousy stuff happen lately. Hopefully, things will improve for everyone all around. Makes a guy wish he could spend the money to rescue friends at the drop of a hat, it does. :-/
