"Our top story tonight: Everything everywhere sucks. More after this." [from a card from [livejournal.com profile] poisongirl]
"Be who you are and be that well." - Saint Francis de Sales
I don't think I'm taking ol' Frankie's advice too well these days. Meh.

Welcome, seasonal allergies and a shift in sleep schedule! We'll be kicking your ass this week. And stay away from the fucking potato chips, bub.

Despite the sage advice of [livejournal.com profile] delicarose, about all I have to report is a litany of complaints; everything from the traffic on my new commute to the nocturnal idiocy of the felines at my house to the solid waste collection guys not taking three cans full of yard tailings to my varied low-level fuckups at the new office.

It's not that I don't care about y'all, it's that I don't feel like I have anything worthwhile to contribute to the stuff you're putting out there.

If anyone finds my ego, I'll pay the postage to ship the fucking thing back to me. :-|

Being lame sucks.

I am sorry that my card rings true atm.

Knowing your ego, he's out chasing large boobies and probably on a bender. Follow the trail of empty beer bottles and glasses and listen for shouts of "Quit staring at my tits you pervert!" and I'm sure you'll find him. ;-)

Until then, I loves ya.

I like your complaints. You keep them interesting.

Sounds like a detachable penis. Can you image what the reunion would be like ;)

I used to make almost the same commute. Let me know your route and I can tell you whether or not you're taking the optimal streets. I found that my best routes differed from day to day.

I've been coming up 75 (no problem, occasional minor slowdown) and getting on 4 westbound. Normally, I'm smart and jump off at the first sign of stoppage (mlk or columbus), but yesterday, for some reason, i wanted to try and plow all the way through to 275. i gave up and got off at 22nd st (it had been backed up @ columbus/40th).

today i may jump off of 4 right at hillsborough/92 and see how that plays out. tomorrow i'm thinking of trying taking 301 to 60.

Going Home: You should try taking Causeway all the way through Ybor. It turns into the 2nd Street Causeway in Tampa. I used to take that home from The Home Despot Call Center and it was by far the quickest way home.

yeah, i took adamo (60) on friday - i think that going figuring out where bloomingdale approaches 60, or at least a good 'here to there' means of getting on 60, is the right plan. 301 wasn't so much with the quick once i got up near your old office.

Causeway is the cross street by HDCCHQ. Nice road. Interesting businesses.

Sorry to hear that you are having a rough start. Considering that the MacDil computers were up when I went in yesterday to make a car payment, you could not have done anything too bad. Chin up, dude. You are new to the job and mistakes are to be expected but not enjoyed. You will be fine.

At least no one has complained about the "incompatance" there. ;-)

Take care and the next time we go to dinner I will buy you drinks. Kristin still wants to meet Kim.
