Here's how to get me to interview you:
001. Leave me a comment saying, "Interview me."
002. I will respond by asking you five questions of a very intimate and creepily personal nature. Or not so creepy/personal.
003. You WILL update your LJ with the answers to the questions.
004. You will include this explanation and an offer to interview someone else in the post.
005. When others comment asking to be interviewed, you will ask them five questions.

1. What is the minimum breast size (MBS) for your interest?
- For looking? It's got a lot to do with proportion and presentation, but as a rule of thumb, 32C, plus one cup size per band size increase is a good rule of thumb to earn a second appreciative glance.

2. You're stranded on a desert island. You get 1 person (anyone alive or dead) to bring with you. Who do you bring?
- Somebody with enough survival skills to get me off the fucking island! (Nice try, you want me to get my ass kicked? ;-p)

3. How much would you give up ALL internet access for (monetary amount)?
- How long are we talking here? Arbitrarily assuming it's a long fucking time, I'll say "fuck you" money, which is enough to live very comfortably on the interest alone without needing to work, which would allow me/us to travel whenever the hell I wanted to see the folks I'd lose touch with, throw parties, and rack up phone bills... so something in the vicinity of $10m.

4. Which is better 100 degree heat or negative 30 cold?
- Do I have to go outside? With what I've got as far as accoutrements at present, I'm better equipped to deal with 100F for a while as long as I'm not doing anything stupid (you know, like breaking up and hauling away five thousand pounds of cement). Thirty below is pushing it; I've been out in ten, fifteen below, and it's cold. Not that you need to shovel snow when it's like that, because then it's too cold to snow. Much better for a roaring fire and hot cocoa romance than melting on a beach trying to get frisky, tho....

5. Have you ever spent an entire 24 hour period naked?
- Yep. I hadn't realized how much time I spent not-dressed until we had long-term company.

1. When did you start shaving your head, and why? Also, what do you use? (This might be the most practical question I ask anyone. Heh.)

I think it was about the summer of 2000. After moving to California, I didn't want to pay for hair cuts (my mother used to cut my hair) and I was losing it anyways so I started to use the trimmers on my own. I kept the habit up when I moved back and by about 2000 I had trimmed it shorter and shorter that it was just easier to shave it from time to time. I finally went blade permanently about a year later and haven't used the clippers since.

I use standard Barbasol and a three blade disposable razor. Sometimes I wash it with some of that foaming soap before hand to prep it a bit more.

2. I know you met Katrina at the Castle. Where/how did you propose?

Proposed to her in bed. Just asked her if she wanted to do the marriage sooner. We had planned on dating, living together, making sure all worked out. We didn't want Ronin to be the reason why we got married. We were going to get married in August but we decided we wanted to get it done earlier to get the stresses of a wedding, insurance stuff, and all that fun stuff done ahead of time instead of dealing with all of it while we were new parents (Ronin was originally due on the same day we met a year earlier). I think that same night we decided to get married at The Castle with the plans of having a bigger ceremony in the future. We got the license, took a break from the VNV Nation concert to ask Cynthia if it was okay that we use the club, and a week after that we were married.

3. How'd you stumble into professional geekdom?

I wanted a computer.
Actually, I had experience with some gaming systems, a Commodore VIC 20, an Apple II, Apple IIgs, but that's about it. The internet stuff was really exploding and I wanted to get back into it. I wasn't making enough working at the movie theater to afford a computer so I got hooked up with an interview to do tech support. I interviewed well and made some cash to get a buggy computer a few weeks later.

That's for the computer side of it. The sci-fi type stuff had always been part of me. My mother and I used to rent about 6-10 movies a week. Nothing like watching a double feature of Leviathan and Deep Star 6 in one afternoon before heading into Krull later that night.

4. Name three of the most influential books/movies on your life.

This one is tough. I can name a few but it is coming down to the wire here at work and I may not have enough time to put into it.

Books:
Interview with the Vampire - Got it as a gift, had never really read for anything other than school. Got me into reading really.
Seth Speaks - One of those books that kind of opened my mind a bit.

Movies:
Not sure if there are any that have influenced me much that I can think of. But if I had to throw in at least one movie it would be The Auteur Theory. But just because I worked on it. I got to be exposed to actors in the field and see and learn a bit more about how things really work in Hollywood.

5. Is Ronin going to get a sibling? If so, what flavor would you (you-singular, or you-couple) want?
Not sure. So far there are no plans. If we do go that route we would probably adopt. There is this 17 year old Korean girl I have my eye on. :)

1. Dream job?
Solaris Security Admin.... Possibly even for Qualcomm. Unfortunately it's a tight group and they dont hire. So instead I am their bitch :)

2. You know California is about to snap off and take a header into the Pacific. Other than living things (family, pets, friends), what five items do you stuff into the car before hauling ass?
Laptop, My hard drive with all the data on it. Photo Albums, small box of family heirlooms (mostly consisting of jewelry), important papers (oh shit I have a mortgage now huh?)

3. Do you miss the wild days of yore?
Sometimes. Not often enough to be wild again, or think I made a mistake in becoming more "grown up". I have a car payment, and a mortgage. BUT I also spent two weeks in St Martin. I occasionally miss parts of my personality. Believe it or not I would be a bigger flirt, if I didnt think it would impact my husband. I'm the type of person that when I find an interesting person I kinda think "wow I wonder what they are like in bed." I wouldnt have a problem sleeping with them to find out.

I'd also probably sleep around a lot more. I enjoy sex, and I dont have a problem with Poly relationships....sooooooo.... BUT my husband is a one person relationship kinda guy, so we arent. I dont have anything lacking in my sex life, so out of respect for him an dour relationship I dont venture out.

4. Through deviousness, good luck, and acumen, you are presented with the option of being CEO of any company you want. What's your choice, and why?
Oh. I would say no thank you. CTO maybe eventually.... but I dont want that responsability.

5. How'd you meet Dom?
We worked together. He was the backup guy, and I was the Unix Admin :) Isnt that quaint.
