This is how it works: Comment on this entry and I will give you a letter. Write ten words beginning with that letter in your journal, including an explanation of what the word means to you and why, and then pass out letters to those who want to play along.

The letter given to me by [profile] fenix_harbinger is T.

  1. Twits.  If there weren't so fucking many of 'em, I'd have a lot less to say.
  2. TCP/IP.  The lovely underpinning of how we all keep in touch.
  3. Twat.  Under-utilized and underappreciated in the field of coprolalia.
  4. Tippling.  Bending one's elbow to make the world a better place, at least for a little while.
  5. Tampa. Henceforth to be referred to as "Gothopia" once we freaks finish taking over.
  6. They Might Be Giants. Flood will always bring back fond memories of college.
  7. Twenty-Sided Dice.  Not just for gaming geekery, but a handy way of making decisions.
  8. Tea.  Green or white usually, and almost always decaffeinated.  I'm not a coffee guy.
  9. Twisted.  Spend more than three minutes talking to me and you'll get your brain hurt.
  10. Time.  I suck at managing and using it well.
Those of you familiar with me can now stop being shocked that "tits," "topheavy," and "tanked" didn't make the list. ;-p

I want a number!
I want 6!

You get the vowel then, sparky. I for you.

And me for you as well. Whatever that means.

Done! Check my post.

*looks back over the list* Did I miss "Tits"? ;)

White tea is antioxidant-rich awesomeness! I'm addicted to Republic of Tea Orange White.

Ta-ta's, even. ;-P

I usually go with Lipton's cheap, naturally-decaffeinated variants (though I believe their white/green blend isn't decaf)

See, this is *exactly* why I gave you T; I wanted to see if you could avoid all the obvious ones... the ones you would most naturally gravitate to.

well, it's less a matter of gravitation than preference... when they're of a size where they've got their own gravitational field, they're even too big for my liking. ;-)

Count me in as one of the familiars expecting "tits" to get top billing. ;}

Twenty-Sided Dice. Not just for gaming geekery, but a handy way of making decisions
Oh yeah, and D4s or D10s are handier decision-making tools.

I've actually taken a Magic 8 Ball's advice.

Worked out pretty well, actually.

Oh, and I'm commenting.

Heh, I've got a Mace Windu Magic 8 Ball with a really frickin' huge bald head.

And yeah, i've used it to make decisions too. It's fun. And suprisingly insightful *grin*

I didn't even realize that they _made_ a Windu Magic 8 Ball.

I've never used a d* to make a decision, but that definately has potential. I've always wished that I could just roll for outcome in real life. It would be nice to have the instant feedback.

Very limited time. It was a happy meal insert thingy from Burger King that someone at work left behind.

I use a d2 (a coin) several times a day to make decisions. Most of them involve whether I should help a customer out or not.

The easy answer to your question is no. Helping out a customer is often way more trouble than it could possibly be worth.

Dude, how did we not play with that thing when we were out there?

"What do you wanna do?"
"I dunno, what do you wanna do?"
"I know, let's ask Mace Windu."
*shake, shake, wait*
"Well.... Jabba the Hutt -does- look like a bitch."

No one plays with my mace.

"Don't make me roll initiative"

On another note, Lucas may finally get around to releasing the original movies on DVDs *without* all the "improvements" they made to the films, including the scene where Greedo shot first.

this is true. 9/12-12/31 they'll be available. overpriced, but available.

You're getting G.
