I'd go for legalizing drugs bec. the govt. could make a mint on the taxation (see: alcohol & tobacco). Also, regulation would provide cleaner, more standardized product, which reduces drug-related health problems that the govt. has to pay for.

And *then* I get my utopian experience ;-)

The points you bring up are both in alignment with WTP's stated intentions as well.

The caveat is that if you fuck up and harm yourself via OD, or hurt someone else while under the influence, you're not eligible for national health coverage, and cannot cop a plea of not being in command of your faculties.
