What the...where did he come from? I looked (http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/) yesterday morning and there was nothing in either Atlantic or East Pacific. Now there's 1 on this side and 2 on the other.
Huh. Seems Chris was first reported as a tropical depression only late last night. Creepy!
