hmmm ... that sounds like proof that the real reason we went to war in Iraq was because Saddam had purged his banks of the American dollar to switch over to selling oil on the Euro standard. We won the battle and lost the war (since several other nations, including Russia, have purged their banks of dollars and switched to trading their oil on the Euro standard).
