You Suck (A Love Story) - Christopher Moore

Sequel to "Bloodsucking Fiends"
More laughs. Much more nookie. Less angst & dramatic tension.

There are some books that I could never have written, but love to read. Moore writes books that I wish I'd written myself.

I may have to invade/borrow the two when I'm down there for reading materials while trying not to explode at my grandmother's.

They will each last you about five hours. Very quick reads, which is frustrating, because I could totally go for them being a thousand pages, instead of 360.

Hey, Rafe...I just got this for our dearest redhead. I think she plowed through it already, lol.

I will give it a read when she is done with it. Sounds like it should be fun!

Happy Valentine's Day and all that rot. I look forward to actually meeting you at some point, maybe hoisting a pint or two (or eight, however it goes).

Cheers!

I can heartily endorse everything with this guy's name on the spine.

I went to one of his talks during his Lamb (http://www.chrismoore.com/lamb_excerpt.html) book tour. Well, "went to" is an overstatement; I was working in the store that night.

He said he went to Israel to get the feel of the place before writing too much of the book. His summary? "It's beige."

At that point he had me.
