Initial report:
- 50 pushups, check
- 25 C&J @ 35#, followed by another 15 @ 30# (failure, but not a bad start)
- 8 pull-ups (grumble)
- Didn't try the box jump [need to make some sort of surrogate arrangement]
- Didn't try deadlifts (will do so today)
- Not sure what the "floor wipe" is (
xany_hellion described something not at all like what I found online, so I'm in a clue-free zone on this one)
Today? Not sore. Not afraid. But not successful, either.
ETA: Deadlifts - 50 @ 125, no problem (maybe I'm doing them wrong on the equipment available)

Not sure how I'll jury-rig this at my office gym, but at least I have some idea what the idea is.
