Third Annual Gothopia Housewarming [reminder]

What: Our annual excuse to have friends over for good times accompanied by meat and fire. Burgers, beer, soft drinks & veggies - you know the drill. Anyone wishing to bring grillables or other grub to share is welcome to, please let me & aishlynn know.
Where: Gothopia Moon Base Alpha North (ie: my place; email if you need target coordinates and/or directions)
When: Sunday, May 27th, beginning mid-late afternoon (3-4pm)[1]
Why: See "What." Also, y'all are a convenient excuse for spring cleaning. ;-)

This follows Mordvergence II, Saturday, Saturday, Saturday!*



[1] Depending on Hangover Status, there is an open call by donwaughesq to participate in an extended rollerblade session early Sunday morning; details of this will probably be firmed up & reposted (yes, Don, this is what's known as "a hint." ;-) )


* - Of note is that the documentarian jeanie_ruby will be on hand at both events, fresh from C13, as part of her project on the habits of the North American Gothic Adult. ;-) If you do not wish to be photographed or interviewed (I know a couple folks have spoken up in regards to this), she and her team will respect those wishes.

I really don't want to haul my blades in luggage, and I suck at it anyway, so I think I may pass on that.

However, if the non-skatey people want to maybe brunch or go to a park or something, I could completely get behind that notion.

Ummm... onions, green peppers, mushrooms.... zesty italian dressing is a likely candidate as the marinade....

[unless there was something else - i was so out of it with my head cold i wasn't paying terribly close attention, and only got two bites of one of 'em, so i'm just betting on averages here, since that's how we usually do kebabs]

It had an asian flavor to it. I think there was 5-spice powder in the marinade. Yummy beef on skewers. They went away so fast because there were fantastic.
