lieberman is not my favorite politician. he seems like a socially conservative republican, but then he ... keeps being a democrat. does he want high taxes and a lot of fake morality? hard to say.

one of my friends knows him personally, and really likes and admires him, has huge respect for him, but won't vote for him.

he's a raging neocon asshat who pulled a bait-and-switch on the voters and the senate; listening to him babble his delusions to wolf blitzer the other day about how we're "winning" the war made me wonder if a complete disconnect from objective reality became a prerequisite for holding public office when i wasn't looking.

how many terms has he enjoyed as a neocon democrat asshat? a few so far. i don't watch the news, so i guess i've missed a lot of his crazy; his voting record over the last six years has been enough to put me off.
