How appropriate.

Bush and his ilk have been a cancer to the United States; poisoning from within, perverting what was once moderately healthy, turning cell against cell in a metastasizing riot, weakening and sickening the whole until it is ready to collapse.

I hope his doctors find something.

I hope its inoperable.

I hope he suffers.

I'm vindictive like that.
