0800 Sunday morning, and I'm roused from my fitful slumber by a user who can't follow some straightforward goddamned instructions (which were sent out in an email on Friday, including screenshots and all that good shit):

1. Right-click on very distinctive looking icon.
   
2. Select clearly-described menu item.
   
3. Click OK.
   
4. Watch the pretty progress bars.
5. Profit.

At no point does it say, "Launch application, scratch your head, and go looking for help when nothing like an automatic installation routine happens."

RTFM, people.
