[snitched once again from
sukipot, who really ought to post more *poke, poke*]
1. Who is your favorite celebrity?
I'm not sure any of my favorites qualify as true celebrities, in the sense that I could draw anything but a blank stare from, say, my boss, or the clerk at the grocery store, if I said their names [and, no, they're not -all- porn babes. feh!]. I'll assume that I don't count (for the above reason, among others that my ego is not willing to admit).
I'll go with William Gibson this time around.
2. Who is your least favorite?
Kato Kaelin, Monica Lewinsky, and anyone whose name became household as a result of a reality television show. Melissa & Joan Rivers are also up there (as is pretty much everyone in the fashion-watch industry), since they serve no useful purpose whatsoever. The neverending litany of political flacks and flunkies who are eroding my freedoms daily, but try to hide behind opaque legislative language are also targets for ire.
3. Have you ever met or seen any celebrities in real life?
Seen? Several.
Spoken with (including exchanging personal email)? Fewer. Among them are ESR, Henry Rollins, Greg Norman, Bruce Smith, and Woz.
4. Would you want to be famous? Why or why not?
I think that all depends on what I'd have to be famous for.
I'll echo Suki's sentiments and include, "Being rich would certainly help."
5. If you had to trade places with a celebrity for a day, who would you choose and why?
[insert male porn star here. hehehehe]

There's not been much to say these last few weeks... also, I think it's not uncommon to go through a less prolific posting phase. But spring seems to have cheered me up a bit.
And what writer doesn't want to hear that someone wants to read *more*! ;)
