Last night was a pleasant surprise - I'd planned on doing 2.25 miles despite forgetting my MP3 player, but as I was sprinting up the office driveway at the end, the folks I normally go with were just walking out... so I did another mile and change with them.

I gotta say, November weather in Florida is why people from up north want to live here. Fecking gorgeous out today, high in the mid to upper 60's, light breeze, etc.

Fantastic Riding Weather! It's getting a little chilly here. 40's and below suck. Even w/ long underwear and layers you still get cold to the bone and I have to take a bath or exercise just to warm up.

I'd like to hear about your adventures in exercising.
