This is why critus' raise has been delayed, I bet.

My first column for Massively.com is in the chute, and will be published at [EDIT] 11:00 EDT on Wednesday, and on each subsequent Wednesday. The Gaming Iconoclast is in the hizzouse (or on the websizzite, I guess).

Also, I got some unpaid (*ahem*) manuscript editing in on lisamantchev's current YA novel; astonishingly enough, my criticism was both helpful and useful, and I didn't want to stab myself in the eyes because it's about fairies[1].







[1] I find most fae-centric fiction deeply annoying, and was expressing my displeasure to her at one point thusly: "I don't know dick about fairies, other than they smell like hippies and mint and steal socks."
