So, bright and early Saturday morning I got out of bed and ogled some cheerleaders (without the 'tubes as the delivery mechanism, even).

I also ran 5k, in the Tampa Bay Draft Day Dash. Having not run, at all, since the last 5k race, but pursuing a bit more vigorous workout regimen (basketball twice a week for an hour and a half or so, three days of weight training and occasional time on the elliptical machine), I had no idea how my performance would be.

The answer? Fractionally faster.

Without the benefit of ChampionChip timing for certainty, my splits, according to the volunteers calling them out along the course, were 7:30, 15:55 (the overall winner finished just as I hit the two mile mark; I'd also been hit with a side stitch *sigh*), and a finish time of about 24:10.
