Someone who clearly needs to NOT be voting. In this case, it's not about voting for a choice, or even against one. It's simply saying "I voted". But it's a lie. A vote is a choice, and this person seems unwilling to actually make one. Rather, they use this as an opportunity to vent in public, with some strange sense of anonymity while hidden by a curtain. I'd have more respect for this person if they just stood out in front of the voting center, holding the ballot list, and pointing it out without holding up everyone else who takes their vote seriously.
