Hello, all you black-clad digital miscreants who have jumped onto my LJ in the wake of C14.

I'm not going to kid you - I bitch about politics and economics a lot. I'm really good at it, and I'm usually right. Those posts usually have a [Politics] tag on 'em for ease of skipping if you're so inclined. I enjoy arguing, and if I know you can take a punch, I'll throw one.

Don't be offended if I didn't friend you right away - I have relatively limited reading time and patience - some folks I adore personally aren't on here because I suck at housekeeping. It really isn't anything personal, it's just that I'm lazy and think LJ chose a shitty term for the tool/mechanic.


I seldom post anything f-locked anyways. The world is entitled to and much better off for having encountered my opinion, thank you very much.



There are exactly two filters here -- one for where I babble about [Fitness] & my workout regimen, and if you'd like to be included on that (Daven, I put you there already), pipe up -- the other is for private shit (which is maintained by my spicy brainmeats alone).

Hey, I was nice! I even think I said "please." and you'll note that i did not deform your unborn child by attempting to hug the bejeezus out of your missus this weekend. ;-)

I just personally hate twitter. To me, it's like overhearing half of a cell-phone conversation, especially for folks with a heavy @_____ concentration. A daily concatenation of the previous day's twittage is damn near useless if it's all "I'm going to ____ for lunch, anyone want a burger or to meet up?" or "yeah, that's what SHE said!" stripped of context and timeliness, it's just noise.

NOTE TO TWITS: I WON'T BALEET YOU FOR TWITTING, BUT VERY MUCH APPRECIATE IT IF THEY'RE BEHIND A CUT TAG.
