People occasionally wonder why I (or anyone) should bother to vote - it's to counterbalance these fucks (and also this woman). That's right, folks - these people have just as much voice in our government as you do. Hell, if they live in a state where the congresscritter/electoral-vote-to-resident ratio is sufficiently high, they have a bigger one. Doesn't that just give you a warm, fuzzy feeling? Maybe in the sub-cockles, but more probably in the colon.

Your recent accomplishment was really something to be proud of, so why are you being so modest about it? If you are afraid of making other people jealous, forget it. You can't live your life according to how you may or may not make someone else feel. So if you feel like shouting 'I'm a rock star!' from the rooftops, do it! No one is going to argue with you, given the platinum album evidence. And if someone gets green with envy, that's their problem, not yours.
