So, as a freebie throw-in with one of the supplements I ordered a couple weeks ago, the vendor included four capsules of something called Lipex II. What they should call it is the title of this post, which is substantially more descriptive and accurate.

You remember this frog? Imagine your internal organs all singing that song and doing that dance for about six to eight hours.

To be perfectly honest, one capsule is entirely too much.

yikes.... sometimes samples can be a scary scary thing.... one time I took a sample of vasocharge that came with Xtend and the niacin in it made me red and itchy for a while- then spastic. Thank goodness no one was around for that little adventure.

Fat loss pills are weird, I'm afraid of them, honestly... looks like that fear is founded now, thanks for sharing!

I have to take an absolutely ridiculous amount of B-complex to get the "Niacin Flush"; however, whatever it is in this stuff completely bypasses whatever caffeine insensitivity I have from my couple-cups-of-coffee-a-week tendencies (300mg of caffeine is about a s'bux venti's worth, iirc, so it's gotta be some of the supporting compounds that's doing it).

By the same token, the usual agent I use (Hot Rox) doesn't have nearly the same level of side-effects, but still seems to get the job done as far as keeping things cooking. for instance, it makes my breath taste vaguely of raspberries (there's raspberry extract in it), which is entirely more tolerable.

Having run some numbers, and been calipered last week, I'm about ten pounds away from where I want to be, body fat percentage-wise. I don't want to a) starve, b) lose muscle mass, or c) risk over-training, so thermogenics seemed like a reasonable intermediate measure. I think I'm beginning to see results, but will keep an eye on things.

No. No, I didn't remember that frog. Mostly because I'd never seen it before. But thank you oh so very motherfucking much for introducing me to it. *shudder*

see, of all the people on my f-list, you would be one of the last people i'd suspect of having missed anything containing animated frog schlong.
