Update regarding exploits
Adsdaq (one of the bigger internet ad service companies) was compromised and has been serving up Zero Day Exploits all day.

Long story short: Update your browser and OS asap. The Zero Day exploits are flying fast and furious today, and it's only going to get worse from here.

Also: you might want to uninstall Adobe Reader for now.

I would imagine a good thorough patching/updating is a good idea, as well as turning on AdBlock (if you're a Mozilla user).
