I am giving semi-serious consideration to doing one of Gym Jones' workouts from earlier in the week this afternoon. [Note: First true post of the month is on a restricted filter, and will not be reposted publically.]



So, let's see... one of the services we use at work has fucked the dog twice this week as far as screwing up their authentication server scripting.



Dragon*Con was almost entirely comprised of uninterrupted awesome for me.

Followed [workout of the day] up with a massage therapy appointment aishlynn treated me to; very good, deep-tissue work done; some of the advertized soreness is in evidence today.

So, no kids came by last night.

So, other than the 5k last Sunday morning and a light session on Monday, last week was more or less "time off" (acupuncture visit Tuesday felt very good, with the resultant DEAD ASLEEP BY NINE reaction).
