Annual Review (right on my hire anniversary, even) this morning.

Still employed. Got the second-highest tier of raise (again); general tone was "you kick ass, you can kick a little more"

Promptly posted to Facebook, where, even more promptly, my boss told me to get back to work. ;-)

My boss and I are on the same page on pretty much everything, both good and bad, so there aren't any surprises, it's just "here's how it was, here's how it is, and here's how you scored."
