Honestly, I'm a little less horrified by something like this than I am about stupid shit like Gitmo. Seems to me that if you want to grab some suspected bad guy and squeeze him for info, you do it in a deep, dark hole that only 5 people know about, and make sure the bastard is feeding alligators before anybody can ask questions about him. Seems just as unlawful, but far more dumb, to put them in a shallow, well lit hole and let people take pictures of them for 6 years while still shitting on their rights.
If you are going to play the bad guy, play the SMART bad guy. That's what pissed me off more about the Bush years - that he was a specatularly stupid bad guy, not just that he was a bad guy.
Oh, and Dick Cheney died years ago. Thats a Deceptacon. Or maybe a T-800.
Obviously I didn't read all of them in detail, but overall it sounds like regular Vietnam-style dirty pool. Didn't we LEARN anything from our prior fiascos?
