There was an evening workout, but even I'm annoyed by how boring posts about that shit is. There were things to be picked up and/or swung around with an eye towards my being less of a squishy sack of meat.

Then I home and took a nap, to be woken up by JESUS CHRIST EVERY SERVER IS DOWN, GET IN THE CAR levels of anxiousness from someone whose job it is to monitor connections to same. This lasted about five minutes (something was being rebooted w/o prior notice; perhaps it hadn't been expected to be part of the process; whatever).

Pffft. Boring, shmoring. It's data. It has value. Full of shit tho I may be *smirk*, I don't even have a regimen yet and I watch those posts because in the back of my mind they're building a critical mass. Come May 8 when the fuckton of crazymaking that is my job calms the fuck down and I can actually start looking at something like a personal routine utterly unrelated to work, that critical mass will be allowed to boil over, if only a little at first.

None of which is to say you're somehow obliged to post boring shit (or any shit), but it does indeed have value. I'm be curious to see what your fellow fitness-oriented peeps have to say about the value of seeing someone else's WOTD posts. I'll be even more of a n00b at a gym than I am at WoW, so your posts are something of an insight to what kind of personal/interpersonal competitive dynamic I might expect to find when the day comes.
