Instead of taking up CTG on his generous offer of Sweet Tomatoes for lunch (I was running late), I decided that a protein shake after some lifting was the order of the day
Lunchtime:
- GVT Bench Press - 120# - 9x10, 160# 1x6 - Obviously, not enough weight, but I was trying a new move, where both the legs and arms are extended during the press.
- Rear Shrug - 160# - 2x15, 1x25
