Taking a page from what T-Nat suggested today, I think I've found my supplemental (read: Lunchtime) routine for the next month or so.

Lunchtime:
- Pull-Ups - 36# Kettlebell - 11
- Pushups (feet on 18" bench) - 60
- Single-Leg Deadlifts - 2x36# KB - 13 (each leg)
- Pull-Ups (2x36# KB) - 4

Also showed a coworker those unpleasant isometric lateral holds I was doing Tuesday. She did not have kind words for me, or Mr. Pallof.
