* I tried these after
saansaansaan shared an article on heavy 1-handed dumbbell snatching; I honestly didn't think this would come as easily as it did, especially considering how much I've been struggling with the press portion of the clean and press with the 54# KB with my left arm.
- Kettlebell Clean & 5 Presses - 54# - 2x each arm
- Reverse Bicep Curls - 35# + 8# EZ-Bar - 1x10
- Kettlebell stretches - sides, back, pelvic girdle - 5 min
- Dumbbell Snatch - 65# (PR)* - 3x1 (each arm), 1x3 (each arm)
- Stationary Bike - 5 min
- Soccer (3 on 4) - 40 min
