After Hours:
Felt good to do all this, even though my hamstrings are still a little tight from the Good Mornings on Tuesday, and my chest, abs, and triceps were still in "dude, fuck you" mode from all the pushups at lunchtime.

- 1 Hand Snatch - 65# - 3x5 (each arm)
- Machine Squats (max depth) - 200# - 1x5 / 220# - 1x10
- Bent-Over Rows - 2x36# Kettlebell - 2x20
- Pull-Up - 54# Kettlebell - 1x6 / Bodyweight - 5x8
- Back Extension (cable) - 75# - 1x15
- Back Extension (Precor machine) - 200# - 1x15
- Knees to Elbows - 2x10
- Kettlebell Arnold Press - 2x36# KB - 1x10
