Heh, thanks. In the back of my mind (that part not preoccupied with counting reps, remembering sequence, keeping sweat out of eyes, or the items mentioned below) was your remark about how my squat jumps got a lot lower towards the end, so I was consciously trying to keep getting at least 6" in height for those even at the end.
so, thanks. sometimes i don't need the whole cluebat, just a gentle chiding. *grin*
Yeah, at the ass-end of things, my form gets sketchy. I hit the wall, hard, during the middle of the fourth set, and this video was taken during the fifth. But, knowing what I ought to be doing, I can try harder next time, you punk bitch.
Not passing out and throwing up (not necessarily in that order) were more on my mind at that point, really.
Actually, it was the next-to-last set. After the last one, I grab my towel and fall over for five minutes to catch my breath and get my pulse down to something sensible. :-)
From my own experience, if you're looking for a brisk walking pace, I recommend aggressive techno in the 140-160 bpm range (some personal favorites are VAC's "Fun with Drugs," "Decypher," and "Futile," and the remixes of FLA's "Evil Playground" and "Colombian Necktie").
I can try and come up with something this weekend (especially if this rain keeps up - no way am I going to move stuff from my office to the garage when sensible people would be building an ark).

I have to work out with you to force you to use good form, Mr. Crossfit guy.
Burpees: Full leg extension, full stand up
Jumping jacks: arms straight, legs straight
Clapping pushups: chest to floor each rep.
And now I feel better. *evil grin* Muahahahaha.

1. Will you make me a cd of good music for walking?
2. I can not do lunges or squats b/c of the knees, do you know of any alternatives?
