Sprinting, Lifting, and Swearing

... you know, a pretty normal evening, with some extra running involved.

Swearing makes things hurt less. At this rate, I'd probably notice if someone hit me with a chainsaw, but I'm working on that.

Today's workout was a little bit abbreviated due to two different iterations of physical failure (one mine, one not); both will be done better next time around.

maelstromsl mentioned that some new kettlebell dude is having an open event in Orlando on Saturday, which I may or may not be able to make it out to (hopefully, this won't be a one-time thing).
