Yes, it's a walking, ready-made excuse to inflict verbal abuse on passers-by. It's cheap. It's made by the fine folks at SighCo Graphics, whose tawdry wares (okay, "wide variety of clever t-shirts and assorted similar things") I will never cease to pimp.
