So, yeah, as previously averred to, today's workout pretty much made up for yesterday's non-event. I revisited the first workout from Starting Strength, since the last lifting day was Friday. My current plan is to do Tues/Thurs/Sat this week, and then Mon/Wed/Fri beginning next week.

That said, with very small apologies to Ice Cube, today was a good day at the gym.
