digitaldiscipline: (new back)
Okay, I still need copious practice at this video thing, but it's starting to come together. Kind of.

Video's interesting, but it's weird in silence.

so what song was it that WMG had an objection to? :)

Pantera's "five minutes alone."

I uploaded the un-munged version to my blog; currently waiting for YT to do the "use this free thing we have rights to instead" process to complete.

St00pid YT. Dude. Those pull ups are KILLER! Wow.

I am wondering if it's permanently munged, since it's been gnawing on that soundtrack transition for, oh, more than a day.

You may want to consider looking into podsafe music. You can find a good selection at: http://www.musicalley.com/ - you do have to list where you got it, offer some linklove in return. We use that for the D*C podcast opening music. Otherwise, fair use is 30 seconds or less, and you must not derive profit from the video.

FWIW, we use "Isis Unveiled" by "...and you will know us by the trail of dead" as the opener. There's some decent stuff out there. Maybe not Pantera, but I suspect you'd still find something that would work.

Cool, thanks. I may end up re-uploading if the audio reprocessing never finishes, but as a first attempt, I could have done a lot worse *laugh*

No, for a first attempt definitely not bad! Just a shame WMG had to go and ruin it for everyone. :P

That's why the original version is up on my site. :-)

A costume requiring manscaping??? GAAAH!!!!

No, I just need to cut my hair and shave. The back gets cleaned up to show off the ink, is all.

I'm working, so it will be my usual array of Utilikilts and snarky black t-shirts/workout shirts.

I didn't have $$ to throw at a white seersucker suit and blue hawaiian shirt, otherwise, [livejournal.com profile] bathalamus and I were going to be Arnold & DeVito from "Twins." *grin*
