Glad you're posting your GVT style workouts, personally I'm in the midst of a lot of "5 sets of things" Its already added +2 on wide grip overhand chins (look, ma! No thumbs!), and mini ladders and such. Good to see you working with actual factual weights and not cable machines - rock on with that stuff!
It's tremendously helpful to have actual weights, even if I am having to half-ass the squats b/c I'm straddling the bar where the bench lives, and using those stands instead of a rack.
