While I'm not cool with the whole jeebuz bible-quotin' thang, I think that someone writing this sort of article, especially AIMED at right wing religious assholes is a stroke of genius. I was FLOORED when one of my old friends from long ago listed that the 3rd most scary thing in the world to her is "communists". So much ignorance and stupidity out there, maybe this article will cause some underused synapses to fire and get these assholes on the train to some type of progress and reform.
I think the JBQ thing is a "fight fire with fire" tactic, since most of the folks strongly opposed to reform are prone to running to what Big G/J says in lieu of thinking for themselves....

The question still remains - how to drag parts of America kicking and screaming into an age of reason... sometimes I have to think of them as children who just refuse to stop believing in Santa Claus.
