I've unloaded "someone is WRONG on the internet" broadsides on the following subjects today:

- S&M
- Endocrine health
- Peak resource issues

I flame (occasionally politely) more before 10am than most people can all day.

Someone complaining, ignorantly, that people use thyroid or other issues as an excuse for not being able to work out / lose weight / etc, and was basically being a trollish fucksock about it. Judging by this person's remarks elsewhere, they have their own cornucopia of issues when it comes to the health pursuits of others, so I was not inclined towards charity.

On the upside, I did come out of it with a handy little equation:
