... mostly because I feel like I post fuck-all here of late, not that DD is any kind of great shakes, either. The SG relaunch has been rather spiffy, though.

So, in and around goofing off this evening, I noticed that, now that my office is clean, there's actually room to do KB stuff with the 1 1/2 pood lump, which I brought home from the office to... fuck around with at the house, natch. 2H (2x25) and clean & presses (3x5, each arm), as well as some weighted situps and rear flyes with the pair of 15 DBs.

In the course of the C&P's, not to any kind of great shock or surprise, something in my left medial delt is screaming "IMPINGEMENT, YOU STUPID FUCKER. GET A GODDAMNED MASSAGE."

I have a pullup bar, and, I attempt to do a few throughout the day, regardless of my workout schedule. Could I do similar things with a KB? Without impacting my "heavy days" schedule?

If so, what would you recommend for a KB newbie ? (Weight & exercise(s))

You could do pushups and jumping jacks and get your cardio in without spending any money, too.
