Not quite what I was hoping to do (sub-24), but an improvement over last time (26:02). I went out too fast (first mile in 7:05), which caused me to run out of wind, and my left calf cramped up just before the two mile mark, necessitating a couple of walking recoveries in the last half of the run. Oh well.
Surprising approximately nobody, cardio is where my performance is limited, since my workout focus has been more on strength and power the last few months. I'm going to try and incorporate more interval and HIIT stuff on my non-lifting days.
