TWH is also slightly responsible for the lunchtime workout including "dive bomber situps" (5x10) and dragon flags.

I suck at graphics, but think something like this, but with a Matrix-style symbol waterfall background would be pretty cool. Alternatively, using the OSI logo as the "plate" on a barbell...

Despite the scale not doing anything interesting lately, I've been on my last belt loop for two weeks, and am beginning to entertain notions about punching another one an inch further along. At some point, I should probably just go ahead and buy a new belt, but, enh.
