TWH is also slightly responsible for the lunchtime workout including "dive bomber situps" (5x10) and dragon flags.

I suck at graphics, but think something like this, but with a Matrix-style symbol waterfall background would be pretty cool. Alternatively, using the OSI logo as the "plate" on a barbell...

Despite the scale not doing anything interesting lately, I've been on my last belt loop for two weeks, and am beginning to entertain notions about punching another one an inch further along. At some point, I should probably just go ahead and buy a new belt, but, enh.

I'm there with you on the belt thing . . . I've spent more on clothes in the last year, than I have in the last 10.

Down to a Medium shirt now, and 32" waist. (From XXL and 42)

nobody showed up yesterday (bunch of pansies - we only did 2 miles and change weds!), i just got some curious/alarmed/'oh that's just rafe' looks.
