Not precisely sure what the underlying cause of the strain or pull or whatever it is was - imbalance, compensating for the other leg, or simple fatigue.

I've checked the (crappy) video I took, and other than a little too much forward lean causing weight to shift foward slightly coming out of the hole, even you would be hard-pressed to bitch about it.

which video? Link? And I'm mainly referencing long term form in general and the lack of getting a local professional to help coach you, especially when you promote yourself as an exercise expert. Seems like every time I turn around you're on here complaining about some sort of injury, or back pain - with so many people at your work and online listening to you, the responsible thing to do would be to seek out a lifting coach - if not for yourself, for the people who are looking to you for guidance.

Sorry I let this all out right here, but I've been holding it back for a while. Hope I haven't offended.

The video looks like shit (and is sideways) anyway, so I didn't bother putting it anywhere. Once I have some $ to put into it, having a real coach work on my form in the main lifts is on my agenda.

If LJ isn't for bitching, a lot of people are doing it wrong. Heh.
