I would very much like to be rid of the post-nasal drip making me cough repeatedly this morning. Con*Crud, you have been told to fuck off. Make with the fucking off.

My legs have rediscovered the joy of DOMS in the wake of Sunday's squats. They are going to be told to suck it up, because I'm going running at lunchtime whether they like it or not, and deadlifting and bench pressing when I get home.

I have always found that gargling with salt water really helps with breaking up the post nasal drip.

Mine's mostly gone, but I too am stuffing myself back in the gym and running hard, which is a whole 'nother level of fun. ;) Are you taking fish oil?

yep, three capsules, three times a day. multivitamin in the morning, vitamin d 2x day
