Reading this before lunch was a bad idea. I am frigging *ravenous* now, and I haven't worked out yet. This does explain why I put about 2Tbsp of chopped jalapeno peppers and a third of a cup of salsa in my four-egg Nomlette, and top it with garlic powder and a healthy amount of black pepper for dinner when left to my own devices...
