The candidate should be strong in the following areas:
- Windows network administration / Active Directory
- Exchange
- Virtual Machine setup & maintenance
- SAN

Despite my occasional bitching, it's a really nice bunch of folks, things are generally fairly laid-back, and there are provisions for working remotely a couple of days a week. And, since it's a credit union, there are a few financial perks that don't show up on the paycheck.
